Over £300 apparently last time I had to crawl around on the floor plugging 
routers and cat5e into almost inaccessible sockets.....

But I don't know, of course, whether it was a more or less idle threat.

Incidentally, Zen told me that the reason they can lean on BT and get rapid 
resolution is because BT knows Zen eliminates other, internal, problems 
before involving BT.
