I have found Zen absolutely marvellous in this respect.  In fact, I have found 
Zen's support marvellous over the years.  

But maybe my expectations are lower.  I have helped many people with problems 
with TalkTalk and other large, cheap, ISPs.  If, after that lot, I have 
occasion to contact Zen, I am profoundly grateful for what I get.
