If you wish to use bink videos, you should consider using the orange box 
engine. The Source SDK Base for the Orange Box is available to everyone who 
owns a Source Game and has all the HL2 content, so you should consider using 
that. Porting to the OB Engine will take some time, but it's really worth 
it, HDR, Particles and much more.
