I find that with a 66tick TF2 (24 slot) it needs about 35-40k to function
without loss per client. I usually set minrate 15000 on my servers, because
it seems any lower and clients have a much greater tendency to "warp"
around. I originally had it at 10k, but since medic update or so TF2 has
required more bandwidth than before.
