Can we define a DHCP "request", which is really a request for the ISP to
log something from that customer?  i.e. can we tunnel syslog through
dhcp?   :-)

Or shall we suggest homenet routers ask the ISP for a syslog server,
and log things there?  (do we have a dhcp option to describe syslog
server...  a grep of RFCs doesn't find one, and rfc5424 doesn't mention
one) 

In particular, for ISP provided routers, this would make lots of sense.
