Right, so it would need to discover it - a DHCP Server discovery
mechanism performed by Relay.
I doubt the multi-homing requirement as such would be a criterion to
simply discard DHCP-PD.
(w/o comparing alternatives, I would say that routing protocols also
need something like a discovery procedure when they dont know yet their
upstream).
