Seems to be working fine here with XP Home SP3. However, I did find a somewhat obscure UI problem that causes a crash: Load an image, go to the crop tab and select the image. Then select New in the File menu. The image remains in the crop window even if you switch tabs, and it'll even let you try to set the cropping which causes it to crash.
