Gil, Updating Firefox is a bit luck updating a program. IEBCOPY and possibly an LLA refresh and your done. Applications are generally easy to maintain on all platforms - even my Blackberry.
I think comparing an upgrade from 1.9 to 1.10 with an upgrade from XP to Vista would be more appropriate.
