In which ICF catalog are DB2 table names stored as "dataset names"?  How
are they identified in VTOCs?  I think that's the crux of the question.
In Windows, "a file is a file is a file".

Seems to me that, since DB2 is an optional product, DB2 would need to
provide the necessary "hooks" into ISPF (e.g., in DSLIST) for ISPF to
display DB2 table names in a manner similar to dataset names.
