There was a pointer diagram in OS/360 System Control Blocks and some of
the earlier System Data Areas manuals, but the system is far too complex
these days to fit such a thing on a single page. Some control blocks are
OCO and others are documented with text derived from the mapping macros. I
don't know of any pointer diagrams for even a subset.
