Besides posting the info requested $DSPOOL,ALL $DSPOOLDEF,LONG 3.4 listing of dataset on spool volumes
Include any error message (complete text) that requires you to IPL. I am guessing you are seeing HASP message and maybe IEC messages. But show us what you see.
