At least on the OS/2 side of things, ALMCOPY and ACPM are (were?) not secret....they were
provided as part of the normal PCOMM version for OS/2. I suspect that a requirement to IBM
PCOMM development that simply asks "may we please have ALMCOPY and ACPM functionality on
Windows?" would suffice....
