David, I recently tried this route, but I believe I downloaded the Server 10 SP1 package.
Where did you find or how did you obtain the Server SP2 package? Is it free? There is a problem with the SP1 version when you try to extract their version of VMARC. The manual tells you to enter the following: EXEC VMAEXEC EXTRACT A When you do this, you get a rexx runtime message say the there are unmatched quotes and/or right-parens. I would really like to use the SuSE distribution vs. RedHat. Any help greatly appreciated. HITACHI DATA SYSTEMS Raymond E. It is a nice way to get a z/Linux > system up quickly. It also makes a very nice upgrade server if you're moving from SLES 9 or previous SLES 10 releases. 8-)
