No.

If they're officially distributing the adsl box to outside the company (whether
or not as an official company product - it doesn't matter), then the GPL licence
must be there.

I thought a url to the source would be enough before this Skype case came up,
but the court decided it wasn't enough.

Maybe a real lawyer can step in here and explain this last bit.
