Hello I'm using Imail version 5.0.  I have a several customers call to complain about their mail not downloading as though it was stuck.  When we check their account you can tell that the mail was stuck on one message.  The messages aren't that big but they are causing a problem.   Does anyone know what would cause this to happen and maybe how I can resolve this.
