I had this once where a mailbox would not accept mail.  Someone suggested that there was a extraneous smtp32.exe running.  I ended up rebooting the IMail server, deleting the imail user and physically deleting the mailbox folder.

Here's another (simple question) for you..... I wrote to you about a week ago regarding clogged mail using  IMail.  There are times when I can not delete these messages for my customers using the web based mail.  Any suggestions?
