Thanks for the response. No, I
haven't been able to duplicate the problem myself. I'm on a cable
modem and it doesn't take that long to download my mail. I do see that
when the message gets stuck it leaves that message and the following messages
on the server allowing the customers not to be able to finish
downloading. It eventually times out. As soon as I delete them from
the server (with their permission) they can finish downloading the rest of
their mail.
I will check to see if they have upgraded
their DUN and Winsock to the latest available.
