All you can do is explain why you are doing this and if they can't understand it then too bad. You can't please everyone so don't bother trying. We went through this a few years ago and quickly learned this but since you must filter spam there's little you can do about it.

We try to explain that this is done for their benefit as we mark potential spam with the subject so they can filter/review.
