We have experienced an identical problem. It would appear
to be load related, as it did not show up at all during
our evaluation of IMail. However, when we went live (with
about 8,000 users and 500 domains) the web interface went
toasty pretty quick. Restarts help for a short time, but
are not a complete fix. In at least two cases we have
                been forced to do reinstalls.

The *entire* hardware platform has been replaced in an
attempt to isolate the problem. At this point we are using
a third party web interface while we attempt to identify
the problem. Ipswitch has not provided any insight into
the problem. They have indicated in a couple of instances
that they believed it was a permissions issue. However,
we have checked and rechecked permissions and in any case
all POP3 and SMTP services work fine which I would suspect
need many of the same access permissions.

I'm getting a spuratic problem with my web services, I keep
getting a TCP-1
error that shuts down my web mail, pop3 and smtp still work
fine. if I
reboot sometimes it starts working and sometime not.
