Today's bizarre problem of the day.
I have a dialup customer using our web messaging. He loads IE5, goes to the
site and logs in. He then clicks on MAIN to open his inbox. Approximately 5
seconds later, his mouse pauses momentarily, and his dialup connection shuts
down. The DUN system tray icon gets a small red X over it.
He can browse other sites just fine. He can consistently go into web
messaging and get cut off after opening his main mailbox.
He is the ONLY customer of mine experiencing this. He is in the process of
downloading Netscape to rule out a browser-related issue. Computer is a Dell
Dimension.
