Maybe I'm way off here but if he is the only one getting this it could be a
hung message. Did you try to view his mailbox (with his permission of
course) from a machine on your LAN. If you can try deleting the first
message. We ran into this and on a whim this is what I did and viola. (It
seemed to have an exe file attached and was trying to run it when the user
tried to view his main box.
