I haven't heard anything on the Imail fix or if there is
going to be one but if your Netscape users are on
trusted IP addresses you can have them add this line to
their prefs.js file and it will not try to authenticate.

user_pref("mail.auth_login", false);

That would be lsprefs.js on Macs.  Since I only have
about 30-40 remote clients that are not on allowed IP
blocks then it has not affected me too bad.  However
when it does happen 'all' Netscape users have the
problem.  The above fixes it for local IP's though.
