Update on SMTP AUTH PROBLEM.

I have monitored the DLLs and have come to the conclusion that DURING the
SMTP AUTH problem the file

imailsec.dll

is in a locked state (as if a process had opened it in exclusive mode)

does anyone else have anything to add to help support staff with the diags?
