Sorry--nobody here has reported that error, so perhaps it's something in the
TCP/IP stack or the client? (BIG Knock on Wood) It seems to be working for
us, so I wouldn't automatically jump on Ipswitch. Closest thing I've seen is
my own laptop--NT workstation can't hold a dial-up connection for longer
than about 4 minutes without activity. I get tired of redialing all the
time. But that is with nearly all applications (I sometimes open a
pcAnywhere session just to keep the connection open while I use other tools)
and not limited to IMail, so it's probably not the same issue. Good luck.
