Since this exchange is between you and IMail, you may want to leave it out of the

I can understand your frustration, but you also have to realize you did something you
weren't supposed to do with the software. Granted, it's really silly that IMail can't
add about 3 lines of code to alert you to this problem, but still, they make the
limitation quite clear.

You also have to realize that your problem may be different from that of other users.
Very few people here are perfectly willing to delete a users' E-mail to resolve a
problem, unless it is the last resort.
