As someone evaluting IMail, I find it helpful to read about list members
experience with tech support and the value (or not) of purchasing a support
agreement. I think this is appropriate for the list. Especially helpful is
the posting of solutions and stories of problems encountered. I don't see
this as being just between the list member and Ipswitch, and certainly of
interest to me.
I don't understand your reference to Mark having done something wrong, nor
the reference to him deleting his users email - he said he deleted a
corrupted uid file - that is not the messages but just a message pointer,
if I understand correctly.
