I recently migrated Imail 6.06 from an NT server to a Win2000 server and
I've I have a couple of customers who are having problems sending mail using
Outlook Express. They can receive mail fine but when they try to send they
get a message that the smtp service will not connect (sorry, I don't have
the exact message in front of me). I've seen a few times where folks have
mentioned issues with IMail and OE before and I checked in the Ipswitch KB
but I didn't see anything. Does anyone know of any issues with OE and Imail
running on Windows 2000? By the way, the customer didn't have this problem
before the migration and SMTP services are working just fine, even in the
web messaging interface.
Any guidance is appreciated.
