Don't be ridiculous. Len's in France, this list is in the states.
You should know how this test works in declude if your going to use it.

Actually, he's right.


The issue here isn't that Len is in France (that wouldn't trigger the test). The issue is that Len is in the United States, sending an E-mail to the United States, but relaying it through France. That's very different than sending from France to the U.S. (as one is normal intercontinental traffic, the other wastes intercontinental bandwidth).

I'm surprised that AOL hasn't implemented a similar test. :)
