I believe you are correct in this. In any case, many of the policies debated in this thread have been purely conjectural and not related to the active policies of any large provider; it hasn't been fair to have "AOL" in the subject, and thus you on the defensive, for some time now. I hope that strong measures may be enacted that do not compromise the reliability of mail services for legitimate business customers and are as pure in motive as possible.
