ns1 and ns2 are separate machines with unique IPs.  If each carrier has
deleated reverse DNS to you, jsut add the info to your zone files.  If the
carriers have not delegated reverse DNS to you, simply have them update
their zones with the desired info (i.e. each carrier does one reverse entry
for the nameserver that utilizes their IP range).
