Now reverse dns is required for both machines, so how would it be setup?
each carrier has to put a PTR record in the reverse zone file. nothing unusual.
Each Carrier will make the reverse entries that are necessary but they are the same domain
same forward domain, but different reverse domains.
so how will it resolve?
like any other domain. It's simpler than you seem to imagine.
