I was wondering what to do if you have two name servers, and two different
carriers.
For example:

ns1.example.com -Carrier A
ns2.example.com -Carrier B

Now reverse dns is required for both machines, so how would it be setup?
Each Carrier will make the reverse entries that are necessary but they are
the same domain so how will it resolve?

This will work fine. I'd recommend going to http://www.dnsstuff.com/info/revdns.htm to see how reverse DNS lookups work. Even though two different Internet provides are involved, reverse DNS is completely separate from forward DNS, so it is not a problem.
