Huh? Working with MS services != working with third-party services.

Please  provide  some links to providers that are doing this. I really
doubt any major player would endanger their reseller angle by breaking
the  EULA--and,  yes,  I still believe it is explicitly prohibited: is
"Installations   of   non-Web  serving  applications  are  prohibited"
ambiguous?
