Just buy the appropriate licenses and you won't have to worry about running
your own software.

The anti-trust thing was bogus and was driven buy the greed of the microsoft
partners.  They wanted a sweet deal on OEM pricing and it came with some
strings.  The same thing here. If you don't like the EULA, you should stay
clear of the product.
