Katie, I have used it. It works fine, unless you are monitoring your own server. How is the thing going to notify you via e-mail if the e-mail server it is on is down?!!? I use it to monitor stuff on my other network. I find it to be quite useless for monitoring the box (or even the network) it is placed on.
