Good morning,

I'm reaching out to the IT community on this one. Here is my situation:

OS: Windows 2000 Advanced server (SP3).
Running Imail 8.03
VirusScan Enterprise 7.0.0 (with latest DAT)
Declude

Monday morning: clients were complaining they could not get mail (POP).
The server was rebooted and problem was resolved.
Monday afternoon: same issue
Same goes for Tuesday, Wed, Thurs.

I read through the Event Logs and found this error right before the
server stops receiving connections: Event ID (2019) The server was
unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was
empty.

I check the Imail logs and found this: failed to go to listen mode
(10055)

I searched google and found that Event ID 2019 could signify a memory
leak. I've run Perfon.exe and tracked private memory, virtual memory,
non page faults, but everything looks normal. The server stops receiving
connections approx. every 4.5 - 5 hours.

I even upgraded the version of McAfee we were running.

Does anyone have any suggestions. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!!!

Rich
