Yeah, they generally blame the NIC..  We’re running over 10 very busy servers on integrated intel nics and they run great..  We have yet to find a problem that is related to the NIC..   Thanks,   Shad D. Ipswitch suggested to use 3COM's Nics. But I couldn't find any in the market. I will search again tomorrow. If you suggest me a Intel/3com Nic with model # that will work on high demand, I will glad.
