I've had a lot of spam problems just recently. I even updated with the latest txt files from Ipswitch and got v8.04. Imail not only allows too much mail through but it traps too much good mail. I used the inbound "x-imail-spam" rule to put spam into a spam folder as per Ipswitch Tech Support but it traps so much that I had to remove it due to angry customers. Plus, it seems like a full time job to get Imail spam to work correctly.
I'm at a cross road and would like some suggestions. Should I renew my support contract with Ipswitch in hopes that they can help with the Spam problem; although they haven't been much help in the past and always in a hurry to get you off the phone. Or should I try something else for spam control? I keep hearing about Declude. How does it work in conjunction with Imail? How are the reviews on this product (besides what's on this mailing list)?
Any comments would be much appreciated.
