$4.995 per year for their product at a minimum it looks like they could lose 90% of their customer base and still break even. Actually if we also consider the fact that their cost for customer support will decrease exponentially over time as well. My guess is that they are not really going to care about those that are getting bit by this, it's like we either pay the price or choose from a host of other options.
