Hi, I'm not sure, if this 250 posts have any influence at all. Our Community represents only some of the IMail Customers and Ipswitch partners. The big mass of customers is silent and/or still not informed what's going on here.
I think, that Ipswitch will push the new concept without watching to left or to the right. I had this feeling after a phone call last week with Ipswitch. The loss of 'some' customers is already calculated. I hope, I'm wrong... btw: One customer, already an IMail owner, was heavy interessted to buy ICS. He likes to have the collaboration 'module' for 50 from a total of 100 seats. He called me this evening and he said, that he will not support Ipswitch anymore. I asked for the reason and he said to me: "I visited the web page and a realized the new "buy nothing or all" strategy. We don't support a company like this, even if the product meets our needs". So, this customer waits what will happen and he will follow what i will recommended in the near future.
