Sounds like selling subscriptions to Vapor-ware. As an ex-programmer, you get things working before you take it to show. Personally after thinking about it, I betting they tied themselves to symantec and some 3rd party data sharing software. If they really wanted to make a mark in collaboration tools, they would have to put it all into imail, not into 3rd party widgets and desktop (outlook/outlook express) tie-ins.
