Hello,

It looks like v2006a is returning \NoInferiors on the folder "INBOX" even if it is in the mix format. If I create folders under INBOX, the server still returns \NoInferiors for INBOX even though I can list the existing mix subfolders if I ask explicitly and these subfolders do not say "\NoInferiors".

This is causing some problems in that:
* Thunderbird can't make subfolders of INBOX
* Thunderbird can't subscribe to existing subfolders on INBOX.

Is there is a specific reason why a mix-formatted INBOX must always return \NoInferiors?
