You probably know about this, but just in case.  I updated the how to
translate openmrs page
https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/How+To+Translate+OpenMRS+and+Modules

and also sent new messages.properties files for core, reporting and
reporting compatibility in JIRA for spanish translations.  Don't know if
that helps.
