Pankaj ji
I fail to understand your sudden outburst is directed against whom?, we had
long forgotten such things and luckily our present group believes on facts
evidenced by literature references and not personal preferences.
I request you to Google search for Ipomoea sindica to know the facts.
Also go through the following links to decide for yourself:

http://efloras.org/browse.aspx?flora_id=0&name_str=Ipomoea+sindica&btnSearch=Search

http://efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=250096915

http://efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=200018847

http://plants.jstor.org/flora/fwta6445

http://ecoport.org/ep?SearchType=reference&ReferenceID=216502

I would be happy to know if Ipomoea sindica really exists. Could you kindly
give the full reference and author associated with the name and taxonomic
resource.
.
