We are going with the AVerMedia 300AF+ Small footprint, collapsible - good picture and video capabilities- easy software. Under $600!! laser guides are nice feature.
The only thing I don't like is that you can't turn the light on or off with the remote. Looked at the lumens with the gooseneck arm - but it didn't seem as durable for putting on carts. These are nice doc. cams. for the price, though. We bought AVerMedia530 last year. It is way too much for how we use it. Plus, big $$. Hope this helps. We are trying to get away from mounting projectors in classrooms. Any opinions here? I just ordered another batch off the co-op. A few of our classrooms have the Elmo--but I'm not sure they are worth the extra money they had cost. Hopefully he will chime in. We have two Elmo TT02S 9419 in the system currently. Not overly excited about them. Wondering what others use.
