If you do not understand what has been discussed and can't vote,
that's not my or our problem. Nothing I can do will help you here.

Please, and I mean it, stop to state wrong and misleading information.
There is a page where people votes and have changed their votes,
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/shortsyntaxforarrays/vote. There is a clear
and obvious consensus, like or not.
