I'm not sure this is such a good idea.

A) there are may kinds of tunnels, like IPv6/UDP/IPv4 or GRE, or L2TP
or...
Not sure limiting to Ipvx/Ipvy is that useful

B)A node can literally terminate gazillions of tunnels...
Think about a Mobile Agent or a softwire concentrator...
So ICMP name lookup would end up revealing information that
may not be adequate to reveal, but more, this could be turned into
a fabulous amplifier for DOS attack if ever the Home Agent, realizing
that all the addresses do not fit in a single packet, decide to respond

So, my recommendation is to not include this feature.
