I can imagine how that might work as long as the packets concerned never
left the scope of RPL, but the results would be very strange
if such flow label values "escaped" to the rest of the Internet.
In any case, I think this door can be left open. However, since RPL with
the hop-by-hop option is in Last Call, it may become academic.
