Ok, that's not currently included and given its not clear (to me at least) I'm gonna leave it out. I think we've accumulated enough references at this point - its never going to be a complete list and even if it attempted to be such, it'd probably be so long as to be useless. So I'm no longer taking additional reference recommendations unless a whole bunch of people say the same thing and otherwise I'm gonna stick with the current list as sent in a reply to Joe Touch a few minutes ago. If there're text edits that are *needed* then I'll take those for a couple of days more but I reckon we've iterated enough here. Thanks for all the help with this, I think we're done now basically.
