Yes well.. I was attempting to avoid having to know which cell is the first in a bunch. The ad documents contain several headers so there are several first cells. But ok, I'll go about it this way.
I do still think the cutting of the document, even when using contradicting padding values and space between text in fonts, as strange. I mean. The table has a fixed length at the end of the adding. Then the documents rectangle is set so that the table fits the document exactly. Hence the document size is the table size in all aspects.
